If you rent a vehicle from us, we may obtain information about your driver record. If you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us, we may receive information about you. We may also obtain customer lists from other organizations to whom you have provided consent to disclose your personal information. If we obtain these customer lists for the purpose of sending you an electronic commercial message, then we will do so in accordance and compliance to Canada’s Anti-Spam legislation.
